ZPE is an engineering firm within product development, production development, project management. What sets us apart from many others is that we ourselves come from the industry and here you as an engineer can be involved and change the future. We also know the reality that our employees come to. As a customer, you can be sure of getting the right skills when you hire ZPE.

Quality policy

ZP Engineering AB is an engineering firm that operates and develops system products, in-house developed products and development services regarding design & project management on behalf of the customer.

For us, quality means that we deliver services and products that meet customers’ high expectations of quality, delivery security, service and overall economy. Our quality work is based on fulfilling the laws and requirements that stakeholders place on us.

  • A close and long-term collaboration with customer / supplier with technology-leading and unique working methods makes us a qualified engineering firm of mechanics and process-based design, adapted to each customer’s needs and wishes
  • In collaboration with customers, we develop solutions with added value regarding both design and project management.
  • The staff must be competent and committed to meet the customer’s expectations.
  • To constantly improve processes and quality work as well as work methodology.

Environmental policy

Our environmental work is based on meeting the environmental requirements that stakeholders place on us. Our work with continuous improvement and prevention of pollution means the following:

  • When purchasing goods for the business, we look at environmentally and climate-smart products.
  • When cooperating with the supplier, the supplier must follow ZPE’s environmental policy.
  • The amount of waste is limited as far as possible and residual waste is sorted.
  • In our daily work, we manage energy and natural resources, work for an active environmental choice.
  • Through our daily work with customers in an environmentally efficient change work, this provides a positive development from a sustainability perspective.

Description of business manual

Our business system is based on ISO 9001: 2,015 and 14001: 2,015. It covers the entire ZP Engineering AB business in Gothenburg. The purpose of the business system is to control how we work so that we achieve our goals, increase our profitability, reduce our environmental impact and at the same time get satisfied customers.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

On 25 May 2018, the new data protection regulation GDPR became active. The new regulation concerns all activities that operate in and collect / handle personal data about citizens in the EU. GDPR will replace the previous Personal Data Act (PuL).
You should always feel safe when you provide your personal information to the company. Personal data is cleaned continuously every 24 months.

In connection with the recruitment process, personal data can be shared with partners and customers. In these cases, the party concerned is informed before the information is disclosed.
